		<description>I love the texture of jicama!  The bite of it is crisp, light, watery, and refreshing.  It&#039;s also great on &quot;banh xeo&quot; a Vietnamese Crepe :)  I haven&#039;t experimented much on this ingredient but I think I may whip up some sort of fresh jicama salad, perfect for a summer day.</description>
