Plump and juicy shrimp dumplings.
I was completely surprised and thrilled when Bee from Rasa Malaysia asked if I would be interested in guest blogging on her blog. Of course I said YES! Rasa Malaysia is one of my favorite food blogs on the web. Bee always has the most drool worthy photos and recipes. Most importantly to me, many of the Chinese recipes, such as Lobster Yee Mein (Lobster Noodles) and Three Cups Chicken, she post on her site are dishes I grew up eating and always wanted to make.
So please be sure to check out my guest post, Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gow/虾饺), over at Rasa Malaysia!

Shao, thanks for guest posting. I need to have some har gow tomorrow. Your photos are too tempting. Hehe.
Thank you for inviting me!
I have already seen you recipe on Rasa Malaysa. Looks absolutely fab!
Thank you Marija! Hopefully you’ll give it a try
I love Har gow, oh especially when we go for Dim Sum, we could never get enough of har gow, xiu mai and chicken feet.Yummy thanks for sharing.
I love chicken feet as well! My favorite are the cold white ones.
lol, the white ones scare me a bit. Although I’ve had cold chicken served at Chinese restaurants. We call it Chicken Hai Nam but I am not sure what the name is in Cantonese. Ckn feet don’t have much meat on them but I think it just a fun thing to snack on.
The bones are the real treat when you’re eating chicken feet, so much juice and flavor in it.
