I think going to the live kill rabbit store completely scared me for life. The worst part about cutting up a whole rabbit into pieces is that it still resemble a rabbit as you’re cutting it!

1. i am jealous you have a le creuset. it’s still on my list of things to have.

2. i made rabbit recently, using a recipe from a fellow blogger who asked me not to publish it because it’s going into her cookbook. i was FREAKED OUT about the whole butchering process, i had to buy mine already killed and then i had my roommate cut it up. I JUST COULD NOT BEAR TO DO IT. it tasted good tho.

3. and it does taste like chicken, only … wilder.

Lol! You should be able to find them at your local butcher. I don’t think I ever saw a large grocery chain carrying it, but I might be wrong.

rabbit? hmm. i’ve never had them but this makes me want it. i wonder where to get them here though. hmmm. time to go rabbit hunting (dead ones already).
